What is the return policy?
- The returning item needs to be purchased 14 days after receiving the item delivery by shipment company.
- Returning an item requires it to be new and unworn.
- Returning item must be free of stain (makeup, deodorant, wine stain, and etc)
- Ensure that the clothing tag is still attached when returning the item.
- Non-Refundable Items are clearance sale, jewelry, bodysuits, and underwear.
- Please understand that we only refund in store credit.
- Approval of the refund is governed by the BASANE judgment of the situation
